No.41 Grief of Ninja (Professional spy in feudal Japan)

Gundulf in The Lord of The Ring and Harry Potter remind me of various Wise Men (Kenja) who came into Japan from abroad so far. Wise Men such as Sen-nin (wizard living in the mountains and capable of performing miracles), Onryoshi (exorcist performing incantations and prayers), wise men in Bukkai (Buddhist world), leaders of Hierarchy and etc. came to our country in the past and settled here. The tendency of inflow from abroad to Japan as an epitome of the world has not changed up to now.

On the contrary, there were few who went out from Japan to abroad. Japan, the world's epitome is still closed to the world. Examples of Wise Men with a touch of joke who were sent off to the world from Japan were Ninja. Ninja did not preach a sermon on salvation like Jesus Christ. Ninja and Jesus Christ could walk on the water and disappear themselves in the same way, but Ninja seemed to prefer to acrobatic performance.

Gundulf was one of the Wise Men such as Sukune Takenouchi and Prince Shotoku in Japanese history. Harry Potter was the example of Ninja type who could not go out into the world. Ninja would work for the defence of the country, but they were made to work for scheming of power politics. Therefore, they were not described as good figures. They had dark shadows as acknowleged in kabbalah or alchemists. Should they be regarded as persons with supernatural power using black magic rather than with dark shadows ?

President Nazarbayev is said to be a Ninja in Tbilisi. There is a Ninja in unexpected place, and a Ninja can be a leader of a nation if he goes out into the world. Yukimura Sanada in our history came of a family of Ninja. And there are many unexpected persons with shadows as Wise Men historically in the world.

As the computerized civilization that science is regarded almighty has prevailed in the world, there is a superficial tendency to deny the perception of different dimensions and the supernatural power. But expectation towards Wise Men and Ninja has revived, and super-science for different dimensions has begun to be groped. Talking of Japanese Ninja, however, they have had almost no elements to do with such cosmic science. Ninja are thought to have been exported abroad to be members of KGB and CIA. Therefore, they are rarely found in Japan and scientific and foreign Wise Men are very popular in Japan.

Complaints may be raised to write the article like this from various quarters, but capricious wind blows mischievously at any time and at any place cheating us and exposing the truth. But the letter of real wind does not reach to human beings yet. Natural wind which has become once lifeless can not be compared with the convenience of electric fans and air conditioners.
